West Ham and Everton are looking to sign the Cape Verde striker Djaniny Semedo this summer.

According to a report from A Bola (translated by SportWitness), the two Premier League clubs want to improve their attack and they have identified the Al Ahli striker as a target.

Apparently, Wolves have gathered information about the player as well.

Semedo has 23 goals this season and he could prove to be a useful option for them. The 28-year-old has also picked up 8 assists in 29 appearances for the Saudi Arabian club.

The player has a contract until 2022 and it will be interesting to see if the two clubs can agree on a fee with Al Ahli.

The Saudi club paid €10m for the player and they will be looking to make a considerable profit.

Both clubs are in desperate need of goalscorers and Silva/Pellegrini should look to break the bank for Semedo if they believe in his quality.

The 28-year-old is at the peak of his powers right now and he could make a big difference for either club next season.

With the likes of Carroll and Hernandez expected to leave, West Ham could certainly use someone like Semedo.

Both clubs have the financial muscle to pull this off and it will be interesting to see where Semedo ends up in the end.

‘Not keen on this’, ‘No thanks’ – Some Everton fans react to links with versatile 28-yr-old

Everton fans have shared their reactions to the links with Arsenal forward Danny Welbeck.

Yesterday we covered claims that the former England international could end up joining the Toffees this summer.

Apparently, Everton are leading the chase and they are willing to offer him a lucrative deal as well.

It will be interesting to see if Marco Silva manages to pull off the transfer. Welbeck will be a free agent this summer and the deal could prove to be a bargain for them.

However, it would still be a bit underwhelming for the fans. Welbeck hasn’t been at his best for a while now and he has had quite a few injury problems over the years. He is not someone who can improve them immediately next season.

Everton could do with a proven goalscorer and someone younger than Welbeck.

The Arsenal player is a versatile attacker who can play anywhere across the front three but he is more suited to a backup role.

Everton should concentrate on bringing in players who are ready to start for them.

Here are some of the tweets from the Everton fans regarding his potential arrival.

Everton put a £100m price-tag on Richarlison

Everton really want to keep Richarlison at the club. Everton are looking to sign the La Liga defender Juanpe Ramirez this summer.

The 28-year-old has impressed with Girona but the Spanish club are now relegated.

AS are reporting that Everton are looking to bring him to the Premier League.

The Toffees have not managed to sign Kurt Zouma on a permanent deal yet and if he stays at Chelsea, Silva will have to sign someone else.

Ramirez has shown that he has the quality to succeed at this level. He could partner the likes of Keane and Mina in defence next season.

It shouldn’t be a problem agreeing on a deal with Girona. They will struggle to hold on to him while playing in the second tier.

A player of Ramirez’s calibre should be playing in a better side and a better league.

The report adds that Everton are willing to pay £6million for the centre back.

It will be interesting to see if they can pull off the transfer. Apparently, Watford are keen on the player as well.

However, Everton are a bigger club with more ambition. They also have the financial muscle to convince the player.

According to The Sun, Everton will only let Brazilian forward Richarlison leave Goodison Park this summer for £100million.

The 22-year-old arrived from Watford for £50million last summer to reunite with manager Marco Silva, and the club will only sanction a sale for double of that amid interest from plenty suitors, including Manchester United.

Barcelona have also been linked with Richarlison, while Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid have already sent scouts to run the rule over him during the season.

Inter Milan are also interested in the services of the Brazilian, but have been put off by the Toffees’ asking price.

Richarlison wants to remain in the English top-flight, and it is believed the Red Devils might have a chance, although it remains to be seen if they will be willing to splash £100million on him.

The ex-Watford winger scored 13 league goals in 35 appearances for Everton, and the attraction of European football could see him leave this summer.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side can only offer the Europa League next season, and that might not boost their chances of landing the South American.

United need a forward capable of delivering every other week, and Richarlison provides exactly that in the final third.

The Blues aren’t keen on letting their prized possession go given his contributions to the side, and with the top-six on their mind, holding on to such a player will show how ambitious they are.

Everton are favourites to sign the Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck this summer.

According to London Evening Standard, the striker is out of contract soon and the Toffees are leading the chase.

As per the report, Newcastle and Wolves are keen on the 28-year-old as well.

Welbeck wants to continue in England and he could prove to be a decent addition to Marco Silva’s side.

The attacker can play across the front three and he would be the ideal back up for Richarlison next season.

Silva needs to add more depth to his attack and Welbeck can be signed on a bargain. The transfer should be a no-brainer for Everton.

It will be interesting to see if they can agree on a contract with the player now.

As per the report, Welbeck currently earns around £100,000-a-week and Everton are willing to offer him more than that.

Welbeck wants to join a club with Champions League ambitions and Everton must convince him of their plans now.

The likes of Newcastle are miles off European football right now and Wolves are the only real threat for Everton. The Molineux outfit are already in Europe and they have the financial muscle as well.
